I can't believe that 2009 is coming to an end. As I look back at this past year, there have been many up and downs. There have been many moments of laughter, of tears, of happiness and sadness, and I would not take back one of those moments for anything. Everything that I have gone through has made me a stronger person. I hope that I can take these life lessons with me to the new year, and make 2010 an even better year! I have a feeling that 2010 is going to be a very positive year, and I am excited for all of the amazing possibilities that are about to happen! Cheers to a New Year, and new beginnings!!

Home for the holidays!
As you all know, I love Christmas...and what I love MOST of all is going home to LA to visit my family. I enjoy the time away from work and being able to just hang out and visit with everyone. I also love spending Christmas with my nephews. Seeing how excited they are Christmas morning "Santa came, Santa came!" and watching them open all their presents. Then, watching them play with everything...that's the best! And of course, I take tons of pictures :) Here are just a few of my favorites.
I hope you all had a Merry Christmas, and I can't wait for Christmas next year!! I still can not believe that 2010 is only 3 days away! A new year, new beginnings...

New "Post of the week"
Hi all! Here I am with my second installment of Liz's "Post of the week". I'm still trying to come up with a more hip title, so if anyone has any suggestions, feel free to leave a comment :) Since Christmas in only 3 days away....3 DAYS AWAY (I can't believe it's already here), I've been on a baking rampage. I've baked lots and lots of cookies and even tried using cute molds to make chocolate lollipops (thanks Leighann). I'm pretty sure I've gained 5 pounds...I have to try each cookie I bake right?! Since the "Post of the week" is so much better with a picture, here is one of the cookies that I baked. It's a recipe from "The Pioneer Woman". It's her Chocolate Candy Cane Cookie, I just added some holiday sprinkles to the pepperment...they are soooo good :)

Post of the week...
I've decide to do a "Post of the week". It might be of a random picture, or something that I've found interesting during the week, or a new product that I love. I need to come up with a better title though, "Post of the week" is too generic...hahaha :) To get the party started...here is a picture of an ornament from my Christmas tree. I absolutely love Christmas, and everything that comes along with it. Decorating, baking, Christmas trees, lights, the smell of my Frosted Cranberry Candle from Bath & Body Works (it's to die for), buying presents for others, wrapping gifts (go ahead and ask any of my friends or family members, they will tell you that I take pride in my gift wrapping abilities :)

Family Portraits - Connor and Keira
Labels:
Family Portraits
Year after year, I love taking pictures of Connor and Keira! I can't believe how much these two have grown up! Connor is like is little man...a skater boy and Keira...she is just a little model :) It really is neat to see the two of them together. There were so many good shots, but here are just a few of my favorite...
I love how she started posing...it was so cute :)
