Family visit...

Today I'm sharing some images from my last trip to LA!  Mike and I live pretty far away from my family...so everytime we visit, I tend to take lots and lots of pictures!!  Most of my pictures tend to be of my nephews lol.  I love them, and I can't believe how fast they grow up!! Last month we ventured down to LA for the Disneyland 1/2 Marathon (more about the run in a separate post :)  Here are just a few of my favorite images from that trip  :)

Celebrating Friendship...

Aww, the fall is here, and what a good way to ring in the change of seasons with a get-together with some of my besties!!  What could be better than hanging out with good friends, eating delish food, drinking fine wine, and playing none other than our favorite games Catch Phrase and Uno :)  Cheers to good times, and good friends...these are the moments I cherish and hold close to my heart!

Wedding Wednesday - {WEDDING BLOGS I LOVE}

After the initial excitement of “I’m engaged”...the reality of, “I’m planning a wedding” sunk in! I began buying wedding magazines galore…I just kept buying and buying and buying them lol! I just needed a little bit of inspiration ok haha! My ultimate favorite wedding magazine is The Knot! I just loved everything about it!

Not only were wedding magazines an awesome source of inspiration, but wedding blogs became my new obsession (and yes, I still visit them on a daily basis! :) I’m going to list a few of my favorite wedding blogs for all you brides out there! There are tons of great ideas on these blogs, and if nothing else, they are fun to just look at!!

I LOVE this site.  Some of my favorite wedding themes and ideas for my own wedding came from this blog!  If you haven't checked it out, then you must...it.is.wonderful!

The Wedding Chicks

This site is filled with “All Things Pretty” and it truly is! There are free downloads for those DIY brides out there! From stationary, to Save the Date and Invitations, to logos and signs…they have it all...and it's all really cute!

Style Me Pretty

Oh SMP…you are ah-mazing, with the most beautiful wedding pictures!! You can also “Build a Board”, an inspiration board with any picture that you love…from the bouquet to the place cards…you can create a board of anything!

Wedding Wednesday..."THE DRESS"

Happy Wednesday Everyone!! I just posted on Facebook..."is it wierd that I want to put my wedding dress back on, and hang out in it. just because. yes, that's how much I love it :) "  It's true, I loved my dress!  Right after we got engaged, I started looking online at different wedding blogs, and kinda became obsessed with them!!  They are filled with ALL sorts of inspiration, from the table number, to the bridesmaid dresses, flowers, cakes, and of course wedding DRESSES!!  When it was finally time to find "the dress", I went with a stack of printed out pages from the internet, as well as pages torn out of magazines.  Some of the dresses that I LOVED online, didn't look so good on lol!  There was this one dress...that I had seen online...the store didn't have it the first time I went in...but on my second trip in...it was there!!! I knew I had to try it on..and the moment I put it on, I knew it was the one!!  Here is the dress online...LOVE IT!

Wedding Photo Booth FUN!

I loved our wedding...everything about it...especially the PHOTO BOOTH!!  From the beginning of our planning, I knew that I wanted a photo booth...and the best part was that the DJ company also provided them...so if you are in the market for an awesome DJ and Photo Booth, I HIGHLY recommend DJ Noel from "Perfect Day Events" and his Photo Booth :)
